Guild / D-4
The model introduced here is the 1995 D-4.
It is a model from the Westerly factory period before the Fender acquisition, and features a dreadnought/arch back construction.
It is a relatively inexpensive model with a satin finish, but the all-sawn veneer gives it an exuberant sound.
The current Guild sound has a rather clean output, but this model is a good example of the good old Guild sound.
This is a one-of-a-kind guitar that you cannot get from Gibson or Martin.
You will be captivated by it once you play it.
