Overview
Hans Heuer, full double French horn, Myron Bloom model. Extra large throat gold brass bell. Bell cut. 11.9mm bore. 1-3 rotary ball joint action. 4 chord action only. Lacquered finish, GALAX semi-hard case (red/only shoulder strap included/rubbed and stained on back). Serial number 428xxx, made in 2011. List price 804,600 yen.

Condition
There are scratches on 1-3 rotary levers. Lacquer paint stain at the nickel silver reinforcement plate on the side of the mouth pipe. Dents about 1cm wide scattered on the bell flare>They have been corrected, but there are still some streak marks. All rotaries have been disassembled, cleaned and serviced, and each pipe has been adjusted. The main tuning pipe for low pitch that is included when new is not included.

Features and Attractiveness
This is a Kruspe-type model supervised by Myron Bloom, an American horn player who has served as principal of the Cleveland Orchestra and the Orchestre de Paris. It has a fat, deep, and powerful sound reminiscent of the cones that were once the standard for American horns, but it can sound stable and well-balanced without feeling physically demanding.
