Designed with the new Halfling Technology which blends the best performance and tonal characteristics of the flat top steel string guitar with those of the venerable archtop guitar. This design brings out the instruments superior tone by blending the fine articulation the archtop with the bass response of a flat top. The carved treble side of the top provies clean separation of tones while the flat bass side of the top enhances the low end. The neck is a three piece laminate reinforced with carbon fibre and a two way truss rod. Other special features are: Ebony bridge, cast carbon fibre tailpiece, Kasha style impedence matching bridge, Ebony appointed Helmholtz soundport tuned for optimum bass resonance, 17" lower bout, tapered body width from 3 3/4" to 4 1/8", bookmatched Western Red Cedar topEbony fretboard with 12" radius, 1.530" nut, 2.375" at 12th fret, 34" scale, 24 frets, black Hipshot tuners, floating Ebony pickguard, Nitro lacquer top, Tung oil back sides and neck.
