  • Description: Every Am Guitar is a one of a kind, hand crafted work of art. With each instrument built, AM Guitars seeks to challenge conventional concepts of guitar design by “recycling” and giving new life to objects as varied as; vacuum cleaners, Boeing airplane parts, street lamps and intake manifold from BMW engines. Even our unique wood body instruments are built from reclaimed wood. Whether it be 150 year old wooden support beams from a Harlem townhouse, or 500 year old redwood, we seek to use only the most seasoned of tone-woods. The goal of AM Guitars is to find the perfect marriage of form and function. Where our sense of design is confined only by the limits of our imagination. Black Hole This guitar’s body is made of steel and was hand shaped with a hammer and an anvil; that I got from my wife as a gift on father’s day, she found them at a metal recycle center. The guitar features an ebony block through the body that is glued together with the maple neck. Also with an Ebony fingerboard. Features Seymour Duncan Hot Rails pickups, Steinberger tuner machines, Schaller bridge and custom built steel tail piece.
