  • Description: This new bass is a Canadian handbuilt Dingwall Afterburner II 6 string model that features a lightweight highly resonant Walnut body with tone chambers, scroll design sound hole and a beautiful upgraded Myrtlewood X-top with a clear high gloss finish. The sleek 24 fret 2 octave bolt-on Walnut neck with dual carbon fiber spars has a Novak fanned Maple fretboard with Black dot position markers that is fantastic to play on. The scale length of this bass varies from 37" to 34" from the "B" string to the "G®" string for the optimum tone of each string. The pickups are the passive Dingwall FD-3 4L "soapbar" type and they are run through a multi-mode pickup selector switch and an active Glockenklang 2-band eq. system with active/passive treble and an active/passive switch.
