2007 Epiphone Les Paul Custom
Description
Summary: Taking inspiration from Gibson's 1961 Les Paul Custom, the G-400 Custom has an SG body with three humbuckers, gold hardware, a vibrola tailpiece, and the 'Les Paul' designation. It has a gloss Alpine white finish and a white pickguard. The bound fingerboard has pearl block inlays and tuning stability is provided by the Grover tuning keys.
Body: Mahogany, gloss Alpine White finish.
Neck: Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1 11/16” nut width, 22 frets, pearl block inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: Three humbuckers with gold covers, Grover tuning keys, Vibrola tailpiece, 3x volume/1xtone controls/3-way pickup selector, white pickguard, “Les Paul Custom” truss rod cover.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. The hard ware has started to slightly tarnish. The body has a few light indentations that can be seen in a reflection. The back of the neck is clean and smooth and the frets are in great condition.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
