  • Description: Here’s a cool guitar with just enough minor changes to make it affordable. Three of the pots are original and the only one whose code can be read dates 1964. The fourth is dated 1980. The original body cavity rout has been enlarged slightly in order to accommodate this pot. The pickups are original Pat. # sticker mini humbuckers. There are no routs or extra holes under the guard (except for that caused by the changed pot) The pickguard is a repro. The bridge looks to be original, but the saddles are newer. The tailpiece, pick guard screws, and knobs have been changed. Repro truss rod cover. The tuners are repro Kluson types but there are extra screw holes underneath them. The non-original tuners caused some reeming of the tuner shaft holes, so adaptor bushings have been installed. So that’s about it. The finish is original, no cracks, or neck set issues. Nut width is 1 9/16”. Normal wear and checking. Nice and light.
