The Fender Telecaster is the sort of bare-bones meat-and-potatoes classic that one would think cannot be improved upon. However that didn’t stop Fender from trying, and one of the best results has been the American Deluxe series. Fender Noiseless N3 Telecaster pickups allow for that classic Tele bite without the buzzing or other interference usually associated with single coils. When coupled with the S-1 switch and Master No-Load Tone Control you’ll have so many options that you won’t even know what to do with them! Deluxe Staggered Case locking tuning machines help stabilize intonation and keep you in tune even when doing those classic country-pickin’ bends! Other than some nearly imperceptible scratches on the back of the body this guitar is in immaculate like-new condition. The Aged Cherry Burst urethane finish has no visible marks and looks gorgeous, especially with the white bound Alder body and 4-ply aged pearloid pickguard. It has a “modern C-shape” 25.5” scale maple neck with 22 medium jumbo fret maple fingerboard and a 4 screw Micro-Tilt adjust backplate. The neck measures 1 11/16th” at the nut and has a 9.5” fingerboard radius. The American Tele bridge features 6 chromed brass saddles. The weight is a very manageable 7 lbs 11 ounces. It has been set-up by our in-house tech for optimal playability and set-up for Dunlop round wound 10s. The guitar is in exceptional shape for being almost 10 years old, with no visible wear and only a couple very small dings on the back of the body.
