Surf Green on alder body, thin nitro lacquer finish, dark rosewood fretboard with clay dots, 1.650” nut width, period correct 7.25” radius, Vintage Tall Frets, great sounding Pure Vintage 1963 Tele pickups, three-way selector, single volume and tone controls with knurled flat top knobs. Weighs in at 7.9 pounds. Fender is intent on getting this new American Vintage II series of reissues right, and this iconic Surf Green rosewood-board ’63 Tele is proof of that.
