Fender Custom Shop 2004 1960 Stratocaster Relic
Daphne Blue finished "1960 Stratocaster Relic" model.
Relic processing such as weather checking, tarnished metal parts, and dents have been applied to recreate a vintage-like look.
Some of the damage, such as paint peeling on the body back, appears to have been deliberately added later.
The guitar features a small head, slab laminated rosewood fingerboard, 3-ply mint pickguard and other 1960s-era specs.
The neck is a narrow C-shape and the pickups are equipped with original 60s single coils.
The capacitors and wiring materials have been replaced.
There are no dents in the frets, about 60-70% remaining, and there are no problems with the neck and truss rod.
