Description

Offered here is a great 60's style Telecaster built by the Fender Custom Shop in 2011. This beautiful guitar gives you everything you could want in the way of a classic Tele. It's specs include: a lightweight Alder body with tasteful aging, a Vintage White nitrocellulose lacquer finish and a total weight of just 6.8 pounds; a nice medium/large C-shaped Maple neck with depth measurements of .860" at the first fret, increasing to .950" at the twelfth fret; a nice dark rosewood fretboard, with 9.5" radius, 6105 fret wire and a 1.650" nut width; a vintage style Tele bridge with threaded steel saddles; Schaller "F" style 60's era tuners; and for electronics, a set of Sliders '58 T pickups along with an upgraded wiring harness, pots, caps and switch (the original pickups and wiring harness are included). I found myself playing this sweet guitar for quite a while. The neck has a nice chunky feel to it and the guitar's playability is superb. The Sliders pickups have a great vintage tone with medium output and aren't the least bit harsh. The condition of this guitar is superb too, with little beyond the factory aging in the way of wear and the frets are excellent. It comes with it's original G&G case with Fender amp logo, the certificate of authenticity, build sheet and all the accessories. If you have been looking for an Alder/Rosewood Tele to round out your arsenal, this is certainly one you should consider. Very nice indeed!
