Fender Custom Shop 2019 Limited 1963 Stratocaster Heavy Relic

This is an aged 3-tone sunburst "1963 Stratocaster Heavy Relic" model, produced in a limited edition for 2019 Summer Event.

It is a reproduction of a 1963 Stratocaster with a rounded fretboard, and the body is finished in a Relic to Heavy Relic range, with a slightly less severe paint peel than recent Heavy Relic models, and a stripped Heavy Relic finish on the back of the neck.

The neck is a slightly thicker "63 Strat Style C" shape, and the fingerboard is made from AAA grade rosewood with a 9.5R radius and narrow-tall type frets for better playability.

The pickups are equipped with hand-wound "FAT 60s" signed "LD" and "Vintage Mod. Wiring #2" with a separate capacitor for the bridge position.
(In the bridge position, the tone is flat.)

The frets are very lightly worn, especially on the plain strings, but there is about 80-90% remaining overall, and there are no problems with the neck or truss rod.
