1954 Fender Deluxe 5D3 Tweed
This amp sounds amazing. Tons of overtones and a sweet sustain. We purchased this amp with a red covering. We were amazed to find the original tweed hidden underneath. Fully preserved except the bottom back panel which is missing the original tweed. The grill clothe was also hidden and was in amazing shape too. All components are original including the transformers and tubes. The only part we replaced is the power cable. The original handle was stored in the back of the amp and has been put back in place.
The tweed is in good shape but does have some residue from the material that covered it. We believe this could be removed if you have the time to do so. The original speaker sounds very strong. This is an incredible find.
