February of 1958 tube chart code. Yes, this is the revered tweed Deluxe. Just the right amount of whoop and patina on the tweed covering. Needed some TLC when we got it though. Freshly serviced, it has a new speaker recone on the original Jensen (dated 25th week of 1957). Has new output tranny, (Magnetic Components USA made) and a filter cap replaced. The original cover comes with as well. The rectifier tube and 6V6 power tubes are new JJ's.
The original Amperex and GE preamp tubes are still installed.
The original output transformer comes with the amp. It is not burnt or blown up and just shows signs of rodent damage. It was open on one side and we just replaced it. It could be salvaged and rewound.
The tube chart is also one of a rare few printed with a 5F6 circuit misprint, as this amp has the 5E3 circuit, which was the last iteration of the design for the tweed Deluxe.
This amp sounds terrific like all of these do. Get one at a great price!
