  • Description: Fender® Jaguar® Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1966), made in Fullerton, California, serial # 140460, sunburst lacquer finish, alder body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, original black tolex hard shell case. Overall length is 40 in. (101.6 cm.), 14 in. (35.6 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 2 in. (5.1 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 in. (610 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.). This Jaguar® has been intelligently restored from an old Humbucker experience; pickup cavities have old enlarged routes under the 'guard. This is still a good player and excellent sounding Jag. Some finish wear, mostly to back of neck. Refretted with larger wire, currently fitted out with a Fender® Mustang® bridge, an original ca. 1964 pickguard and correct Jaguar® pickups. Pots and wiring largely original-pots dated 17th week of 1966. a good gigging vintage Fender®, with a worn but serviceable OHSC. Overall Very Good + Condition.
