  • Description: Original pre-CBS Fender® Jazz Bass® in its original CANDY APPLE RED custom color with a neck date of January 1965 and pots dating to 1964. It has clay dots and a beautiful Brazilian Rosewood fretboard. The frets are in great shape with a neck that plays great. It's ALL ORIGINAL and 100% COMPLETE including both chrome covers and the original no logo hardshell case. It's in EXCELLENT condition with some nicks + dings, a small area of belt buckle wear on back, some finish checking (mostly on the headstock), and other cosmetic wear. Everything remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. The color is still absolutely BRILLIANT as it has not turned at all, which is especially visible in the photo with the pickguard removed. All electronics work and sound AMAZING.
