It includes an extra white curly cord and extra strap as well. It's previous owner took amazing care of it, and loved this guitar to the end. It plays flawlessly and sounds like you would expect a Hendrix guitar to sound. The tone is impeccable, very chimey and clear, turned up all the way with a little overdrive on the amp, it gets dealt gritty and grimy while still retaining great definition with every note. Throw a fuzz pedal in front of it, and you'd think you've died and went to Hendrix heaven!! These guitars are very hard to find in this condition, and with all the extras it came with originally.
