Description
Up for sale is a killer 1964 Fender Stratocaster in an ancient 2 Tone Sunburst body only refin. The finish looks great and has years and years of honest wear. Quite honestly, if it weren't finished in two tone it could pass as original. This early 64 features a 2MAR64B neck date, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with clay dots, Spaghetti headstock logo, L serial plate, original mint green pickguard, original double line Kluson tuners, original pots dating to 1963 / 1964 and original black bobbin pickups are yellow ink stamped MAY 1964. This guitar has original body routes, neck finish and has been refretted. CAR 67 is carved under the guard indicating it may have gone back to Fender at some point and may have been finished in Candy Apple Red. Really cool player's grade vintage Strat with tons of mojo! Pro setup in house and includes its original hard case. Weight: 7lbs 14oz
