1965 Fender® Stratocaster® sunburst, Good, Original Hard, $9,800.00

Probably one of the last of the small headstock Strats. This one has been played and played a lot. It has relatively new frets which are wide and tall. It's a killer player with great tone and lots of bite. Still has its original 3 way but the volume pot has been changed. The original pickups are grey bottom and dated Dec 65. Original finish is showing a lot of fade and considerable wear and chipping on the edges and back. May have had different tuners at some point but there are no holes only some indentations around the ferrules. There is a filled hole from an extra string tree. Still, these are pretty minor issues and this is a Strat for the player who doesn't want to worry about taking it on a gig. Folks will just think it's a relic.
