Hardware: Chrome hardware, Custom vintage style single-coil Telecaster® bridge pickup, Seymour Duncan mini-humbucker neck pickup, 3-way pickup selector, master volume and master tone controls, vintage Telecaster® bridge with three fully adjustable compensating brass saddles, metal dome knobs, Kluson-style tuning keys, side-mounted input jack, string tree for B and high E string. Playability: The neck is a medium U profile and has a satin finish. Setup in-house with 10-46 strings that sit at 4/64 on low E and 4/64 on high E. Cosmetics: The guitar is in overall great condition. There is a minor indentation on the top, located 2" below the bridge. Where the neck meets the body on the bass side, there's a chip in the finish that, appears to have, occurred from the neck being taken off incorrectly and was glued back on. It's very hard to see and you really have to look to see it. Has minor scuffs and scrapes from being played but nothing major. The frets are in great shape, no divots to be found. Brief History: The Telecaster® was first unveiled in 1952. Since its introduction, the Telecaster® has gone through countless; alterations, modifications, model names, and configurations. The '52 Telecaster® Hot Rod was produced for the modern player to achieve modern tones, yet keep the vintage look and feel.
