1971 Fender Vibrolux Reverb

This 1971 Fender Vibrolux Reverb Amp is in very good cosmetic condition and is in perfect operating order. This 52 year old silver panel Fender amp shows signs of age and use throughout including some nicks and dings in the Tolex and a tear in the front grill cloth (see photos). This amp is original throughout with the exception of a few capacitors and the speakers which are a matched set of original Fender Special Design (CTS) 10” speakers that date to the 32nd week of 1974. These speakers sound great and the cones are in excellent condition. This Vibrolux Reverb was professionally serviced by Hime Amplification in Nashville, Tennessee, and the amp is in perfect working order, sounds fantastic and needs nothing! This amp delivers brilliant vintage Fender clean tones along with spectacular sounding lush Fender spring reverb. This amp has quite a bit of headroom with a single coil equipped guitar and stays clean up to around 7 o'clock. This amp would make a superb pedal platform and is completely ready for stage or studio use - A killer old workhorse!
