If you are looking, you likely know what a magnificent instrument this is; a Froggy Bottom K Deluxe Koa built in 2003. The K model is a full size instrument with a body that is 16" wide, 20" long and 4.25" deep. It has a 25.5" scale length, 2 3/16" string spacing and a 1.75" nut. The neck depth measures .799" at the first fret, increasing to .841" at the 12th fret. The body of this guitar is made entirely of highly figured Koa. As a Deluxe model, it has received upgrades to it's binding materials, headstock overlay, rosette, backstripe and heelgrafts. This guitar has received additional upgrades to it's fretboard inlays and tuners, and has been given a hand-painted ivory end cap that Froggy's are so well known for. While built in 2003, this instrument is in amazing condition. Except for a tiny bit of string scratching in the headstock lacquer that is not easily detected, I have been unable to find any notable flaws on this wonderful instrument. It is obvious that this guitar was cherished by it's original owner. The Froggy K is known to be a balanced and rich sounding instrument and the Koa used on this instrument gives additional brilliance to it's magnificent Froggy tone. Replicating this instrument today would cost you nearly $12K. Get this magnificent example for substantially less. Includes it's original hardshell case and the accessories shown . This is perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime instrument. Make it yours before I decide to make it mine. Absolutely wonderful.....
