Gibson Custom Shop 2011 Japan Limited 1974 Les Paul Custom VOS

This "1974 Les Paul Custom VOS" model was produced in limited numbers for the Japanese market with a look and specs reminiscent of Randy Rhoads' favourite guitar.

It has the same candy color as the original, and features the head logo without i-dot, volute neck, pancake body, Schaller tuners with Gibson-logo, a wired ABR-1, sombrero knobs, etc.
The neck has a small 'D' style slim shape.

The pickups are equipped with two Super 74 Humbucker.

There are many areas where the gold plating has flaked off, especially on the pickup covers and tailpiece, and the body color has darkened from its original shade over time.

There are several dents and multiple pockmarks and scuffs to the body top, extensive buckle marks (scratches) and numerous tiny dents and scuffs to the body back, a relatively large dent by the endpin, numerous tiny dents to the body end and sides, a dent to the back of the neck (near the 5th fret), a linear black spot to the back of the neck (12th fret), multiple pockmarks to the entire back of the neck, and several dents to the head.

The frets are slightly dented in several places, mainly in the low position of the plain strings, and there is about 70-80% remaining overall, with no problems with the neck and truss rod.
