1998 Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul TV Junior Historic (1957 Reissue) TV Yellow, Near Mint, Hard, $1,695.00
Got this baby nearly 15 years ago, played a little, and lately not at all. Still LOVE the TV model, but not playing much anymore, so a new home is needed! This '98, (pre-COA and pre-VOS) weighs 7 lbs, 4 oz (perfect!), has a CHUNKY but NOT gigantic neck, and LOOKS more like an old one than most (many later examples sport "strange/inaccurate" shades). Not much wear (no dents/scrapes/dings to speak of and the frets are smooth), ALL ORIGINAL, and it sounds GREAT! The (ill-fitting for Juniors) Gibson case was replaced by an "appropriate/fit" TKL,
, but WILL include Gibson LP hard case if you like (but the neck is "elevated" in these). THESE and SPECIALS ARE NO LONGER BEING MADE (brilliant, eh?)! And........AND.....this is a GOOD ONE! And a TV! - I KNOW it's NOT cheap........find another one like it!
