Description: VG-EC, 16-1/4'' lower bout, sunburst finished spruce top with f-holes (pick wear near fingerboard extension on bass side), tone bar bracing, dark stained maple back and sides, dark stained 14 fret mahogany neck, 19 fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays (replacement nut and was refretted at some point in past), adjustable rosewood bridge, trapeze tailpiece, rectangular metal covered pickup with adjustable pole pieces in bridge position, one volume and one tone control, white-bound body, black peghead with pearl script ''Gibson'' logo and diamond inlays, tortoise plastic pickguard, ~24-3/4'' scale, 1-11/16'' nut width, original open back tuners, very rare model from just before production ceased in WWII, on consignment, with striped tweed-style OHSC (purple lining, missing accessory pocket lid) - price reduced (SN:1451F) Item ID 40U-4987. 12 photos at http://www.elderly.com/vintage/items/40U-4987.htm
