  • Description: 1 of a kind 1967 ES175D, with Byrdland/L-5 appointments. This has the Byrdland 23.5" scale and neck, on a 175 body, with an L-5 styled tailpiece. Very minimal playwear, and the typical loss of gold from a guitar of this era. The truss rod cover is engraved "Ruth Piksa", who was the president of The American GuildĀ® of Music in that era. Tailpiece is engraved "Custom Made". Has holes under the tailpiece, for, I'm guessing, a Bigsby. Otherwise this is totally jake. Maple ply body and top, ala es-175,1piece mahogany neck. Immaculate Lifton case comes with original case cover and keys. This is kind of rare. And awesome. Pony up and you be awesome too. I wish I could write those funny ads like those other guys, but I'm not really a professional.
