Description

This is the one. '59 dot neck 335's come in a variety of configurations-not just Bigsby or stop tail. There are many other things to consider and some features are just more desirable than others. Neck profiles in 59 are all over the place. This is the huge one-over .91" at the first fret and over 1" at the 12th. Pickup bobbin color doesn't make a difference in tone but it sure makes the guitar more desirable when BOTH pickups are sealed double whites reading 8.68K and 8.23K. Still not ready to pull the trigger? The condition is 9+ and it shines like new. Want more? Thin top like a 58-this is a big plus as it makes the guitar more resonant. Oh, and 100% no issue all original-OK maybe a saddle or two got changed as happens with no wire bridges. Even the tuner keys are original-not easy to find on a 59. Some minor scrapes by the heel from leaning against an amp and some minor ones on the back on the bass side horn. Almost no player wear. One small scrape on the side of the headstock. Brown with pink Stone case in great shape. This guitar sounds so good it should come with a warning label: Danger-- this guitar may cause dependency.
