Description

If you want complete control of every pickup and its tone, this very rare, one-of-one 1957 Gibson ES-5 Switchmaster in Cherry is the one for you! Initially introduced in 1949, the ES-5 featured three P90 pickups, with ’57 being the first year for three PAFs pickups! The Switchmaster allows you to play each pickup individually using the switch on the bass horn, including an “ALL” option and volume and tone controls for each pickup. The beautifully figured maple body and neck really pop with the Cherry finish, and you’ll never get tired of looking at the flame on every inch of this piece. The guitar booms with every note and amped up, it’s capable of warm, clean tones and bright, crisp distorted ones too.

Overall Condition: 9, some light play wear and wear to gold plating
