  • Description: If you're into the weather checked look on a fine instrument, then have I got a bass for you!! This 1984 Gibson Explorer Bass is in great working condition, and has the mojo baby! Explorer basses are rare and were only made for a few years during the 80’s. The body on this one is rough. There are numerous nicks, dings, scratches, gouges, and THE most amount of finish checking I have ever seen on one instrument. There’s lots of lacquer checking. The frets and fingerboard are nice, and the bass plays and sounds well. No case or bag Please see pics for details on the cosmetic imperfections.
