  • Description: A really nice jazz guitar. This one is stamped with a little “2” above the serial number indicating cosmetic second, but it’s a clean guitar. There’s some deep checking in the top, which may reach the top layer of maple ply, but no cracks through the wood. The guitar is all original with the possible exception of the pickguard which hasn’t deteriorated like the old tortoise guards will tend to do on these. The frets and fingerboard are in great shape and the action is nice, though not super low. There’s a bit of buckle rash. Comes with a very nice, nearly new Gibson Hardshell. Overall, a clean guitar with a great tone both acoustically and electrically.
