Description: This guitar has reached the age of 52 a little the worse for wear. It's been retopped, refretted, has new neck binding, an amateur refinish, and a slightly shaved neck (1 - 5/8" at the nut).
The good news is that it sounds and plays great! Good action, saddle height, and neck angle (has had a neckset). Has a well balanced tone with glassy highs that would make it ideal for recording. Has the original finish on the face of the headstock, and the original gold Kluson tuners. Very attractive flamed maple back.
If you'd like to restore the guitar to it's former beauty, I will be including the correct (reissue) bridge and pickguard. Or you can just enjoy this rare Gibson as it is!
