Here's a 1963 Gibson J-45 in Cherry Sunburst finish. What an incredible example we have here! The guitar is clean, all original, and crack/repair free. This one has been wonderfully preserved over the years. The finish is still very vibrant, and just beautiful in person. Slope shoulders, Spruce top, Mahogany back & sides. Playability & tone are exceptional! Desirable wide nut (1 11/16") profile, that's super comfortable, with low action down the board (beautiful piece of rosewood on the fingerboard as well). The original frets are in nice shape, with plenty of life left. And as mentioned, the guitar sounds fantastic! It's full, open, balanced, and really projects. It sounds how you want an old J-45 to sound! Doesn't get much better than this. Clean OHSC included!

Before shipping, all guitars & basses receive a fresh, deep clean, along with a pro setup to your spec's! We are an appointment only store. All instruments are handled by SS Vintage employees only.
