  • Description: ***SOLD on the UMGF*** 1936 Gibson L-00 Made in Kalamazoo Michigan Totally crack free top, back and sides. Say again...TOTALLY CRACK FREE!! Sunning player. Pro luthier cared for and set up for finger style picking and slide work. No re finish. Pure original Vintage joy! Absolutely no funny business what-so-ever other than currently set up with a vintage appropriate set of Stew Mac tuners that keep excellent tuning. The as found set of depression era open back cream button Klusons are in the case and can ship that way or be re installed prior to shipping. No nasty holes showing. Has some wear on the sides and back and there is that mojo top scratching but the finish is all original with some of the most stunning crazing you have ever seen on the top and that ancient pick rash on the bottom of sound hole. Back of neck is honestly worn. This legendary guitar has always been a favorite of my picking circle. We could not resist photographing with two depression era vintage Gibson made guitars which the L-00 inspired, the fabulous Kalamazoo KG14 and the never a bad sounding KG11. I call this photograph..."Who's your Daddy?" And yes, that is Woody Guthrie playing a L-00. Cleaned with Virtuoso Guitar cleaner. New nice fitting Vintage style HSC. Watch it played on the video!
