Description

This one, this one right here! This guitar has it! “It” being a magic that can only be experienced when you sit down with this instrument and take it on a test drive. Here we have a 1952 Gibson Les Paul in it’s original gold top finish. This guitar falls into the player’s category and has had the same owner since the 70s. It has a pro and seamless headstock repair, stop tail conversion, and overspray over the back of the headstock and part of the neck. That’s the bad. The good, most of the finish is still there, the wiring harness is quite tidy, and it retains it’s original pickups. It’s a tone monster!! Classic and unmistakeable Les Paul P90 tones. Professionally set up and comes with a well worn, well tattered brown Lifton case.

Year: 1952.

Model: Les Paul

Serial: N/A.

Finish: Gold Top (overspray on portion of back of neck and headstock).

Case: Original hardshell case (lots of wear and tear).

Weight: 8 pounds 11 ounces.

Condition: Very good player's grade condition. Seamless old headstock repair, finish checking and wear, some fret wear.

Modifications: Old pro headstock repair, back of neck and headstock has overspray, back covers painted gold, bridge converted to stop-tail (original trapeze included), tuners replaced, neck pickup has shielding tape on it, strap buttons replaced, otherwise original.

Comments: Super cool player's grade first year Les Paul .
