1982 Gibson 30th Anniversary Les Paul Goldtop!

Here is a 30th Anniversary Goldtop Les Paul that was a special edition guitar that was released to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the iconic Les Paul model. This guitar is not only a great instrument but also a piece of Gibson’s history. The guitar is in beautiful condition overall with some light finish checks in a few spots and very light signs of usage over the last 40+ years. Excellent condition! The guitar plays easy and sounds great!

Specifications and Features:

  • Body: The guitar features a single piece mahogany body with a bound maple top, finished in a beautiful Goldtop. The body is solid, carved, and has a tune-o-matic bridge.
  • Neck: The neck is made of mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard. It has a slim '60s profile, a scale length of 24.75 inches, a nut width of 1 11/16 inches, and a 12-inch radius. The neck is a 3 piece with no volute.
  • Fingerboard: The fingerboard is bound and features pearl trapezoid inlays. There is a special “30th Anniversary” engraving on the 19th fret.
  • Pickups: This model is equipped with two Tim Shaw ink stamped humbuckers. The guitar has 2x volume and 2x tone controls with a 3-way pickup selector.
  • Hardware: The hardware is nickel and includes keystone tuning keys and a cream pickguard.
  • Case: The guitar comes with the original brown Lifton style hardshell case.
