  • Description: Man, I absolutely LOVE this finish, not to mention it’s on a mid 70s Les Paul Custom that’s UNDER 10 pounds!! This beauty has the feel and look for you to get your Randy Rhodes on! Here we have a stunning 1976 Gibson Les Paul Custom in Alpine White. I’m a big fan of super clean guitars, but there is really something about about a guitar that is broken in just right and has the perfect amount of wear to show that someone played the hell out of it, but also loved and cared for it. This guitar has that kind of vibe. The frets are in good shape, but it absolutely has the fret-less wonder thing going on that many mid 70s Les Pauls have. Electronics and pickups are original and appear untouched and the pots date 1377546. Plays fantastic and sounds great. Nice and think woody tone with great overtones. Overall in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs and all original. Comes with a non-original Gibson Historic hardshell case. Year: 1976. Model: Les Paul Custom Serial: 00121827. Finish: Original faded Alpine White. Case: Gibson Historic hardshell case. Weight: 9 pounds 13 ounces. Condition: Overall in good condition. Well worn with lots of dings, dents, finish checking and a perfect amount of wear. Lots of vintage vibe with this one. Modifications: Replaced nut. Otherwise original. Comments: Cool and well worn example of a mid 70s faded Alpine White Les Paul Custom.
