  • Description: My new main squeeze! Here we have a beautiful 1957 Les Paul Junior TV Model. When we acquired this most of the finish had been stripped by the previous owner, knowing how cool the TV Models are we knew it had to be brought back to it’s original glory. We sent this Junior to the highly acclaimed Gord Miller of GM Restorations in Canada to perform a refin and age on this and I must say it looks stunning! No neck cracks, breaks or repairs. Era correct pickup (with later bobbin) is a whopping 8.6K! Comes with a new hardshell case. Year: 1957 Model: Les Paul Junior TV Serial: 71578 Finish: TV Yellow. Refinished and aged by Gord Miller. Case: Hard case. Weight: 6.2 lbs. Condition: Good 50s player Junior. One you don't have to worry about taking out to the clubs. Modifications: Refinished and aged by Gord Miller. Pickup cavity was slightly enlarged, but before the refinish Gord had a piece of old growth mahogany installed and re-cut the pickup cavity to 50s spec. The work looks great. The fingerboard was coming up slightly when we acquired this, and was re-glued before the refinish. Tuner holes enlarged. Refreted with larger frets. Pickguard is not original. Strap buttons un-original. Era correct single line Kluson tuners, era correct P90 (with later bobbin) and cover. montreux bridge studs, original wraparound bridge. Replaced nut. montreux jack cover. Pots and bubble bee cap are original. Original knobs. Comments: Awesome player Junior. Has the feel, vibe, and mojo!
