'57 Classic Pickups with Coil-Tapping
The Gibson Signature "T" comes loaded with arguably the most popular Gibson pickups on the market: the '57 Classic and '57 Classic Plus humbuckers. Typically, '57s have chrome cover plates that lend these pickups a traditional look. However, on the Gibson Les Paul Signature "T," the '57 Classic and '57 Classic Plus pickups are mounted open-coil-style, for a hot-rodded and raw look. Designed and built like the famous original P.A.F. humbuckers, these '57s deliver a smooth, crisp high end, with all the juicy midrange you would expect from a modern-classic pickup.
In the bridge position, you'll find the '57 Classic Plus, with an over-wound magnet that increases its output and allows its rich lows and midrange to shine. Other refinements include a wax bath to eliminate microphonic feedback and keep your pickup pristine and clean throughout its years of service. The coolest feature by far: You can turn this humbucking pickup into a screaming single-coil with a push of a toggle switch. Coil-tapping makes the Les Paul Signature "T" capable of everything from bluesy saturation to a full-on distortion assault.

After 24 hours, no returns. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. If we agree to a return, as in an internet sale, instruments must be returned in the condition they were sent. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return, and buyer will assume these costs. If we accept a return there will also be a 5% re-stocking fee. All merchandise sold is in used - as is condition. All sales final. If there is an exception made on any return over 24 hours, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee to the customer. No returns whatsoever on guitar parts.
