On Hold!
Description

If you’ve ever wondered what a million dollar guitar looks like, look no further! If this particular 1959 Gibson Les Paul sunburst remained in its case under the bed from new, today it would easily fetch a million dollars in a heartbeat! Sadly, this was NOT a closet queen, but rather, a working man’s axe. Somewhere in this guitar’s long life, it’s been refretted, a Bigsby tremolo was briefly added and removed, and the headstock has been repaired. Now let’s skip to the good part, despite the flaws, this guitar remains the most beautiful ’59 burst for sale anywhere in the world, and it’s priced at about 1/3 of what it should’ve been. But this isn’t just a looker, it’s a great guitar too with regards to sound and playability; it’s a good weight coming in under 9 pounds, and all the parts and case are original. Please note, for obvious reasons, I will not ship this guitar, you must come to NYC to pick it up after payment has been made.
