Gibson 1968 Les Paul Standard

This is a Les Paul Standard model with 1 piece mahogany neck & back and deep joint.

Vintage look with weather check and greenish-blue on the top.

Small head and head logo with "i" dots are the specs of the 1968 Standard model.

Both pickups are believed to be original, but the neck pickup may have been rewound due to tape removal, and the neck pickup pedestal & bobbin set screws have been replaced x2, and the bridge pickup set screws to the body have been replaced x2 & pole piece partially replaced.

The pots are original for x2 volume and non-original for x2 tone, with 674x bridge volume, 67xx neck volume, '88 bridge tone, and '79 neck tone.

The bridge has been replaced with a nickel without DJ markings with Gibson PAT# listed, and its saddle and thumb nut have also been replaced.

The tuners (including bushings), pickguard, tailpiece & studs, and jack plate have each been replaced.

The body and neck grip show signs of having been over-lacquered throughout.

The frets have been re-fretted and re-nutted, and there are some dented frets, with about 70-80% remaining overall.
