Description

This Les Paul Triumph bass is in really nice shape, neck and frets are fine, some "belt rash" on the back, normal wear for a well cared for bass that has seen playing time. Featuring a single cutaway solid Mahogany body with dark body binding on top. The neck is laminated Mahogany with a 1 1/2" nut width, Rosewood fingerboard with Pearl block inlays, 24 frets, 30 3/8" scale length, bound headstock and fingerboard, Pearl inlaid headstock veneer. Two low impedance Humbucking pickups, Master volume control, tone switch, individual treble and bass controls, a 3-position toggle switch for pickup selection, "High or Low" impedance switch, and an "In-Out" phase switch complete the controls.
These Les Paul basses play very smoothly, have a very broad sonic palette allowing tone sculpting far beyond many other instruments. This is a good example of a significant piece of bass guitar evolution, collect it or play it, just don't miss out on it.
