  • Description: For your consideration is this very clean all original 1964 Gibson LG-0 serial number 182442 with original soft case. Low action, great sound, plays fantastic. No modifications, breaks or repairs. Instrument retains its original finish and all original parts. Better nut width than later production being 1 and 11/16" inches wide instead of 1 9/16". Shallow slim comfortable D shaped, very attractive Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Original phenolic resin bridge has typically warped and pulled, in this case there is still perfect function of this original bridge. Replacing it is not necessary as the guitar plays perfectly, but many do replace them anyway to promote better sound. Original soft case glove compartment is coming apart otherwise structurally good cosmetically very nice with working latches.
