1964 Gibson SG Special electric guitar, made in USA, ser. no. 2xxxxx; Body: cherry finish mahogany, consistent lacquer checking throughout, buckle wear finish loss to back, further scratches and dings but generally acceptable for age; Neck: light wear, finish loss blemish behind the first fret; Fretboard: rosewood; Frets: original, mild visible indent wear throughout; Electrics: working and original, play wear to treble corner of neck pickup cover; Hardware: replacement stop bar, one backplate screw replaced, crack to switch tip and one knob missing a portion of plastic top; Case: period semi rigid fibre case; Weight: 3.04kg; Overall condition: good for age
