  • Description: (Serial No. 1374-8) Excellent original condition, sunburst top finish, dark back and sides. Carved solid spruce top with maple back and sides, 14 3/4 inch wide archtop body with F holes, flat back, ebony fretboard and bridge, bound top and back, Grover patent banjo tuners with white celluloid knobs, trapeze tailpiece, pearl peghead logo. Nut is 1 1/8 inch and the scale length is 23 inches. All hardware and finish is original but missing the pickguard. Plays nicely with a good sound. No repairs noted. Good condition cosmetically, nice shiny finish with just the usual small nicks and dings and some chipping on the peghead veneer. Comes with the original cardboard case.
