  • Description: The 1968 Greco Shrike 6 string electric guitar, ES 335 or Rickenbacker styled , Diamond sound holes which are bound like the Gibson Trini Lopez models that came out in 1964,bound neck and back,zero fret, rounded corner finger board inlays,ZERO FRET,mother of pearl Greco logo on headstock, maple back and top, semi hollow, with solid center bracing below pickup area,which is routed and not top mount pickups, and braced / blocked below carved tail piece area. Nice german style carved top, very nice inset / carved area for bigsby styled vibrato area . 1 and 5/8/ nut width,9 and 1/4 wide at the waist,14 at the lower bout 14 1/2/ inch long body.Gretsch styled rolomatic bridge to keep guitar in tune when using vibrato. These guitars were only produced in 1968 and as you can see were very well made and designed guitars,to well actually as they cost more to produce than they would sell for . So a chance to get a wonderful example of a very rare electric guitar .Comes with era correct crappy chip case these guitars were sold with.
