2010 Gretsch Billy-Bo G6199 "Firebird Red"

Originally designed by Bo Diddley in 1959, the original Jupiter Thunderbird was gifted to Billy Gibbons by Bo Diddley and used on ZZ Top recordings. Not wanting to take the original on the road, Gibbons and Diddley joined forces with Gretsch to create a reissue of the iconic guitar, aptly named the Gretsch Billy-Bo. Featuring a mahogany neck and body, maple top, rosewood fingerboard, and vivid "Firebird Red" finish, this guitar looks unlike any other. It's loaded with TV Jones pickups – PowerTron in the neck and PowerTron Plus in the bridge. Complete with original Gretsch case, this is a killer guitar for any ZZ Top or Bo Diddley fan.
