Description

This is one of the nicest playing '60s Gretsch’s we've had in a long time.

The 6117 Double Anniversary from this period features single-cutaway bound hollow body with arched top, two-piece maple neck sandwiching an 1/8" strip of mahogany, bound rosewood fretboard with Neo Classic thumbnail inlays, two Hilo’Tron pickups, three-position pickup switch, three-position master tone switch, gold plexi pickguard, black headstock overlay with chrome Anniversary plate, Space Control bridge, Gretsch "G" tailpiece and high-gloss sunburst finish.

The tuners were updgraded to Grover Imperials with stepped buttons and it looks like it may have had a Bigsby at one time. Parts of the binding are just starting to show some cracking.

Otherwise it's in great condition and a great instrument,
