- Description: Here for sale is the Tennessee Rose model G6119-1962FT from Gretsch's Professional Collection. This guitar is built to the specs the original 1962 Tennessee Rose with just a few modern appointments yielding a guitar with great vintage style and modern functionality. The G6119-1962 features a "Zero" Fret, Filter'Tron Pickups, the Rocking Bar Bridge, and simulated F-Holes are all 1962 period correct appointments designed in part by Chet Atkins himself. The guitar is all Pro-series Gretsch with perfect playability and neck angle and classic warm tones. The Filter'Trons are bright and snappy with deep bass response and great vintage character. They sound great when played clean or with a bit of overdrive as well. We are a long standing fully authorized independent Gretsch guitar dealer. This is a brand new factory first guitar and comes with the deluxe Gretsch hard case, all documentation and the Gretsch Limited lifetime warranty.
