Hardware: Original 6-on-a-plate tuning keys, strap button on neck heel and butt-end. Cosmetics: The guitar overall, is in very clean condition with only minor dings and bumps and scuffs. The top has some minor bumps and scuffs but are few and far between. The back of the body has a small patch of very light buckle rash, it doesn't break the finish and can only be seen in the proper lighting. On the butt-end of the guitar, near the back's edge, there are 2 dents in the finish that have broke through the finish, but barely. There's a scratch in the finish near the 2 dents that runs from binding to binding on the side. The top has some finish checking on the treble side of the pickguard. As well as some on the front of the headstock above the Guild® logo and some on the back where the veloute would be. Playability: The neck is a medium D profile and has a glossed finish. Currently the guitar is tuned to Eb and has action that sits at 9/64 on low E and 7/64 on high E. But the saddle still has 4/64 of height remaining. Brief History: The F-212 was first introduced in 1964 and was offered as a jumbo body 12-string acoustic. By 1965, there was an electric version available which had a pickup mounted at the end of the fingerboard and 2 control knobs on the upper treble bout. The F-212C later hit the scene in 1976, and lasted until 1981. However, the non-cutaway F-212 was in production until 1985.
