Description

The Ibanez RG Prestige series models, introduced in 1987 and still thriving and evolving, are world famous for their characteristic thin, fast necks, and hard-edged rock and metal tones. The RG Prestige models are all made in Japan by Ibanez's finest luthiers, the Wizard necks with Prestige finishing are very impressive, as is the entire guitar.

The RG1570 Prestige features a very comfortable 5-piece 24-Jumbo fret Wizard Prestige neck, Basswood body, Rosewood fretboard with dot inlays, a beefy IBZ V7 humbucker in the neck / IBZ S1 single-coil in the mid / IBZ V8 humbucker in the bridge, Gotoh tuners and an Edge Zero tremolo bridge. The beautiful Mirage Red finish reflects different colors as light shines on the guitar.
The IBZ pickups are made by DiMarzio in the United States exclusively for Ibanez guitars. Harmonically alive with medium high output, DiMarzio IBZ's were made specifically for hard and heavy rock guitar styles.
This guitar is in excellent condition, no issues, the finish is quite unique, it is difficult to see its true beauty in pictures. This one is ready to go!
